:!:  Well its been a while since I last posted....been busy playing around with my computers options I guess.  My son Dylan will be with us from the 28th till the 4th so I won't be at my computer as much then.  He'll be 4 on 9/11 so we are getting ready for his birthday and visit.  For those who probally don't know yet, I changed my yahoo ID to mommiechickie@sbcglobal.net and I still use mommiechickie2_dylan_tahr a_eddie  If you want me on your list, just add, if I don't know you I'll let you know.  Other than that, lifes the same...same shit diffrent day.  I could use a few beer's myself though.  Oh the life of a momma with 2 kids under age 2 :!:

Hurricane Follow Up

Well we fineally heard from all of the family in punta gorda...they are all alive and well, however my brother lost his home.  If you see the pi ctures of the hotel that is half gone, that is where he stayed last night.  My prayers go out to everyone who was affected by hurricane charley

:( :(   my brother lives in port charlotte which is where the hurricane hit on the mainland, i also have several other family members that were right directly in the path of the hurricane, please have your thoughts and prayers on them and everyone else in the path as well.
 
Baby Checkups

Tahra had her 18 month checkup today.....DAMN she's getting soooooo TALL her stats were:



  • 22 1/2 Pounds

  • 31 1/3 inches TALL!!!

  • head 18 3/4 inches

Eddie had his 1 month check up today  (actually he's 5 weeks since monday)........and he's a little PIGGY PIGGY



  • 9lbs 9ozs  *7lbs 5ozs at birth*

  • 22 1/4 inches tall   *19 1/2inches at birth*

  • head 14 3/4 inches   *13 1/2 inches at birth*

so they are both growing HUGE every day (even though they are both basically in the 50th percentile.....they are just growing tooooo fast for mommie LOL)

Well we decided that Eddie was waaaaaaaay tooo gassy with the regular enfamil so we tried him on the prosoybe (sp??) tonight, so far the gas seems to be gone, as is the yucky spit up he was doing...so perhaps my little man was just lactose intolerant?? He has a dr's appt. tomorrow at 9am so  we are going to tell the dr what was going on and see what is point of view is.  :wink:

UGH so today i go to my workplace for a visit with my supervisor (whom i used to see EVERY DAY) and she didn't even notice my hair cut (earlier in the week i cut 6 to 8 inches off my hair.....quite a diffrence) :roll: what is it with people?? :roll:

I dunno exactly what power walking is, but i'm assuming that walking a mile in 20 mintues pushing 30lbs in front of me has to do some sort of good.......otherwise, i guess i'll just get fatter :lol:

Whelp....i did it....i cut my mid back hair up to about chin length with the help of hubby!! I'll post a pic later when its not wet and when its styled!! lol
